Final Sale & Service Remedy

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, differences in personal expectations, or because an interpretation differs from the outcome a customer hoped to receive.

If a report is not delivered, is materially incomplete, or is affected by a verified technical or delivery error, please contact us through the Help button on the website. After verification, the appropriate remedy may include a complimentary regeneration, re-reading, correction or redelivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, repair or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
